Service Agreement

Effective Date: 07/08/2025

At Say Notary, we are committed to delivering reliable, professional, and efficient notarial services. We understand that, in rare cases, issues may arise. This policy outlines when refunds may be granted and the steps to request one.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Clerical Errors by Say Notary: If a notarial error is made by our team (e.g., incorrect date, misspelled name, or incomplete notarial certificate), we will correct the error at no additional charge. If a correction is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.

Service Not Rendered: If payment was made for a service that was not performed due to our error or inability to fulfill the request, a full refund will be provided.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Due to the nature of notarial and document services, refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

Client Error: No refund will be issued if incorrect or incomplete information, documentation, or identification was provided by the client, resulting in a failed or delayed service.

Change of Mind: Once a notarization or service is completed, it cannot be refunded due to a change of mind or change in the client’s circumstances.

Missed or Late Appointments: If a client misses an appointment or arrives late without notice, preventing the service from being completed, the service fee remains non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 24 hours of the service date at info@saynotary.com

Provide a clear explanation of the issue along with any relevant documentation (e.g., receipts, copy of the notarized document).

Refund Processing

We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
