We offer Remote Online Notarization (RON), Mobile Notary services, Real Estate Signings, Apostille & Legalization processing, I‑9 Employment Verifications, Estate Planning notarizations, and Mobile Ink Fingerprinting.

We serve Miami-Dade County, with special availability in zip codes near 33126. Travel fees vary based on your location. You can check your area during booking.
Do you offer urgent or same-day appointments?
Yes! We offer same-day or rush appointments based on availability. Additional fees may apply for after-hours or urgent service.
What are your regular business hours?
We operate Monday through Saturday, with flexible hours to accommodate your schedule. Sunday appointments may be available upon request.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through Stripe, Square, and Venmo. All payments must be made in advance to confirm your appointment.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book directly through our website or contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email. During the booking process, you’ll receive a payment link to complete your reservation. Full payment is required in advance to confirm your appointment and secure your time slot.
What’s the cost of a standard notarization?
Florida law sets the standard notarization fee at $10 per notarized signature. However, additional convenience fees apply depending on the type of service:
For mobile notary appointments, travel fees are added based on distance.
For Remote Online Notarization (RON), fees include the use of secure online platforms and identity verification tools.
The total cost will be provided during the booking process, and full payment is required in advance to confirm your appointment.
What do I need to prepare before the session?
Please have a valid photo ID, your completed documents, and any witnesses if required. For remote sessions, you’ll need a device with a working camera and microphone, plus a stable internet connection.
How does the I‑9 verification service work?
We serve as your Authorized Representative to complete Section 2 of your I‑9 form. You must present acceptable identification documents during your scheduled appointment.

Yes, we work with individuals, families, attorneys, real estate professionals, and businesses of all sizes.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that plans can change. Please contact us at least 4 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your payment.

We handle all documents with professionalism and discretion, and never store or share your personal information without consent.
