Florida law sets the standard notarization fee at $10 per notarized signature. However, additional convenience fees apply depending on the type of service:

  • For mobile notary appointments, travel fees are added based on distance.

  • For Remote Online Notarization (RON), fees include the use of secure online platforms and identity verification tools.
    The total cost will be provided during the booking process, and full payment is required in advance to confirm your appointment.

Please have a valid photo ID, your completed documents, and any witnesses if required. For remote sessions, you’ll need a device with a working camera and microphone, plus a stable internet connection.

We serve as your Authorized Representative to complete Section 2 of your I‑9 form. You must present acceptable identification documents during your scheduled appointment.
