Every state is a little different! Most orders are finished within 7–15 business days, but some may take extra time depending on where your document was issued. Once we receive your documents, we’ll review everything and send you a clear estimate.

Out-of-Florida Apostille Service Agreement

 

By submitting this order, I authorize Say Notary to handle the apostille processing for my document(s) issued outside the state of Florida, and acknowledge the following terms:

  • Original documents must be provided for apostille processing, unless otherwise specified by Say Notary.

  • Government filing fees are included in the service package and are non-refundable once processing has started.

  • Turnaround times vary depending on the issuing state and are estimated based on current state processing timelines.

  • If translation services are required, they will be quoted and invoiced separately.

  • International shipping fees, if applicable, will be invoiced separately and must be paid prior to delivery.

  • Complimentary FedEx 2-Day return shipping is included for U.S. destinations.

  • Say Notary is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, government agencies, or third-party partners.

  • Full payment is required before any document is submitted for processing.

  • Order cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of submission. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • This service is non-transferable and applies only to the documents submitted for authentication.
