Non-Hague Countries Document Legalization

Documents destined for countries NOT part of the Hague Apostille Convention require a multi-step process—authentication by the U.S. Department of State followed by legalization at the destination country’s embassy or consulate.

Issued in Florida?

If your document was issued in Florida and is intended for a country that participates in the Hague Apostille Convention, please submit your request through our Florida Apostille Service.

Issued Outside Florida?

For documents issued in any other U.S. state and destined for Hague member countries, please use our Out-of-Florida Apostille Service to begin your request.

Base fee includes 1 document. Additional documents are $150 each.

Processing times can vary depending on the country and its embassy’s procedures. Most orders are usually done within 10–20 business days, but some may take a bit longer. Once we get your documents, we’ll review everything and let you know an accurate timeframe so you’re always in the loop!

By submitting this request, I authorize Say Notary to coordinate the legalization, apostille, or authentication of my document(s) for international use.

I understand and agree to the following:

  • Final processing times and costs depend on the requirements of each country’s embassy or consulate and will be confirmed after document review.
  • Embassy, consular, and government fees are not included in the base service price and will be invoiced separately once confirmed.
  • Translation services, if needed, will be quoted and invoiced separately.
  • International shipping fees are not included and will be invoiced based on destination and delivery method.
  • FedEx 2-Day return shipping is included at no extra cost for U.S. addresses.
  • Say Notary is not responsible for delays caused by embassies, consulates, shipping carriers, or third-party services.
  • Full payment is required before processing begins.
  • Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of submission. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Clients are responsible for submitting complete and accurate documents and information.
