Questions

About remote notarization

Yes. I perform it as a Florida Notary Public, so it’s fully legal and accepted in all 50 states. It’s rare for it not to be accepted. In some specific cases an attorney or an institution may require an in-person notarization, but that’s the exception. If you have doubts about a particular document, message me before booking and we’ll confirm it together.

Anywhere in the world. Since I’m a Florida Notary Public, your document is notarized and valid throughout the U.S.

When the session ends, your document is a PDF with an electronic seal. You download it from the platform or it arrives straight to your email. You can print it as many times as you need without it losing its value as an original.

Yes. I work evenings and weekends, even when it doesn’t show on the calendar. If the time you need isn’t available, message me or call me and we’ll look at your case. We almost always find a slot that works for you.

A valid ID, a device with a camera and microphone, and a good internet connection.

Most of them: powers of attorney, travel authorizations, affidavits, real estate documents, and more. A few have special requirements. Message me and I’ll confirm yours.

You can. If we notarize it by RON, I can also help you with the apostille so it’s valid in another country. Just tell me where it’s headed.

Whichever you prefer. I can run it in English or Spanish.
