Simplified Dissolution
How it works.
You request your quote
Message me on WhatsApp, we confirm your case qualifies (mutual agreement, no children, no property in dispute), and I give you your price.
I prepare your documents
I get the court forms, transcribe your information, prepare both packets, and notarize them, online or at your location.
We file online
We create your eFiling account, I upload your documents, I handle the fee payment with you, and I stay with you until the final judgment.
My rates
You bring the packet you already picked up from the court and I notarize it, online or at your location.
I get the forms, transcribe, prepare, notarize, and handle the eFiling with you, from start to finish.
The court fee, around $409, is paid separately and directly to the court. If your marriage certificate is not in English, the certified translation is quoted case by case. Message me and I’ll send you your exact quote.

Frequently asked questions.
I specialize in simplified, uncontested divorces within Florida: no children and no property in dispute. I can also help with other cases, like those involving children, though less often. Message me and we’ll look at your situation.
It qualifies if you both agree, there are no children or assets in dispute, and at least one of you has lived in Florida for six months or more. Message me and we’ll confirm it together before starting.
Yes. If you already picked up your packet at the court, I simply notarize it for $225 per packet, online or at your location. If you’d rather I handle the whole process online, that’s the full service.
I’m not an attorney and I don’t give legal advice. What I do is prepare and transcribe your information into Florida’s official forms, notarize, and walk you through the filing process. If you need advice about your case, consult an attorney.
No. The court fee, around $409, is paid separately and directly to the court. I’ll guide you on how to pay it online, but it’s not included in my price.
If the certificate that has to be uploaded to the court is not in English, the certified translation is quoted case by case. It’s not part of the base price, but I can include it in your quote.
All the paperwork we do online: the preparation, the notarization, your eFiling account, uploading the documents, and paying the fee. That said, if the court decides to schedule a hearing, that’s up to the judge and your case, and it’s out of my hands. If it happens, you’ll show up with everything ready.
Whichever works for you. The notarization can be online by RON, anywhere in Florida, or at your location in the Miami area. The rest of the process we handle online.
By Zelle, debit or credit card, or cash. I’ll confirm the total in your quote before we start. Remember the court fee is paid separately.
