You choose. I come to your home or office in Miami-Dade, or we do it online by remote session (RON) from wherever you are. Whichever works best for you.
From $200 covers up to 5 documents and 2 signers, in person or online. It doesn’t include witnesses or additional documents. Those are quoted separately.
Each additional document, from the sixth on, is $10. Message me with how many you have and I’ll confirm your exact total.
For powers of attorney and healthcare directives, it can be useful to have more than one signed original, and each additional original is notarized as a separate document. For a will, though, one original is best. Having several can complicate things later on. If you have questions about your situation, check with your attorney.
No. I’m not an attorney and I don’t provide legal advice. My job is to notarize: to witness your signatures and verify identities, as authorized by Florida law. If you need the content drafted or reviewed, I recommend consulting an attorney.
Yes. An in-person witness is $45 and an online witness is $25. Even so, it’s best if you bring your own witnesses, people who have no interest in the documents you’re signing.
The documents to be notarized, unsigned, and a valid, unexpired ID for each signer. All signers must be present at the session.
Your driver’s license or state ID from any state, your passport with a USCIS stamp from any country, your green card, or your work permit. It must be current.
