The document to be notarized, unsigned, and a valid, unexpired ID. If you need me to bring the document printed, I can do that for an additional charge.
Your driver’s license or state ID from any state, your passport with a USCIS stamp from any country, your green card, or your work permit. It must be current.
Yes. Even so, it’s best if you bring your own witnesses, people who have no interest in the document you’re signing.
